In the role of eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager working in Toronto, Canada you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company’s Commercial Center of Excellence. This person will elevate the role of ecommerce through training, best practices and working collaboratively with the brand and customer teams as well as eCom customers, to implement Molson Coors’ eCommerce strategy and deliver growth in online sales and omnichannel impact to overall sales.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Shopper Marketing and works closely with the marketing and customer teams to integrate ecommerce in to how we activate our brands at the customer level.
The Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought-leader and go-to expert on eCommerce strategy and execution, while establishing in house capabilities within the commercial organization
- Develop, lead and present ecommerce strategies across priority customers, and work cross functionally with brand, customer solutions and key account teams, as well as externally with our agencies, to deliver plans that support these strategies
- Work with Digital/Media team, brand and customer teams to increase effectiveness of shopper media.
- Establish campaign KPIs and track them in order to continue to optimize plans.
- Partner with Shopper Insights team to develop and action channel-centric research plans that provide actionable, compelling shopper insights that can shape our strategy and support our shared ambitions with customers
- Oversee fundamentals of the digital shelf
The Other Qualifications:
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
- You are confident, organized, and competent. You have experience building and executing omnichannel shopper marketing, digital media or commerce plans
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field
- At least 5 years’ experience in CPG eCommerce, digital and / or marketing
- Strength in cross functional integration, communication and influence.
- You are curious about the evolving digital landscape
- Proficient in Power Point & Excel
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, in English
