Job Description
Good Air is a dealer for Fujitsu, a top heat pump brand in the
industry. For over 15 years, we’ve designed and installed custom heating,
ventilation and air conditioning solutions for both residential and commercial
customers across HRM. Good Air is one of the first Venmar AVS installers in
Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Good Air is more than just a ventilation company; it’s a way of doing business.
Our goal is to consistently provide our customers with products and services
that are designed to meet our customers’ specific needs. We are currently
looking for an experienced marketing specialist to join our team. The ideal
candidate will support our business development and enhance brand
awareness by developing and implementing appropriate marketing plans and
strategies through traditional and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Design customized marketing plans and marketing strategies based on
the characteristics of our products and services to enhance brand
awareness;
2. Develop social media content and campaigns and increase engagement
on channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
3. Organize & implement marketing campaigns, and manage the timelines to
ensure the campaign is delivered on time and within budget;
4. Conduct market research and analyses on client feedback to identify the
market trends and explore new opportunities for business development;
5. Deliver marketing plans and strategies and make presentations to the
management team, and prepare marketing campaign reports regularly;
6. Analyze the performance results of marketing campaigns and provide
suggestions to optimize marketing campaigns;
7. Track the results of digital marketing platforms, and implement search
engine marketing programs to increase websites traffic via searching
keywords;
8. Formulate and implement offline marketing events, seminars and
promotional campaigns to generate publicity for our business;
9. Assist in developing and preparing promotional materials, brochures,
marketing activities emails, landing pages, blogs, etc.;
10. Perform competitor analysis to generate effective adjustments on future
marketing strategies and provide improvement suggestions for our
products and services to increase competitiveness;
11. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and
external agencies to complete the marketing goals of the business;
12. Act as the company’s representative, respond to customer inquiries and
attend trade shows and other industry events.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
Minimum three years of work experience in marketing;
Proficient in traditional and digital marketing channels, able to develop
and implement customized marketing strategies;
Excellent analytical skills and communication skills;
Team player with the ability to build good relationships with our
customers, partners and cross-functional teams;
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment;
