About the Role:
As Stoko's Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, editing materials, and developing high-converting advertisements. Your role will encompass various aspects of marketing, including social media management, TV commercials, email creation, and art direction. You will play a crucial part in bringing our brand story to life across social media, our website, and all advertising channels, and can expect to have the following roles and responsibilities to do so:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative ad creative that effectively communicates our brand message and drives customer engagement and conversion.
- Shoot, edit, and produce captivating photo and video content to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing photo and video content, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design and optimize email campaigns to captivate our audience and drive conversion rates.
- Leverage your understanding of marketing principles to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across various digital and traditional advertising channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for brand promotion and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in shooting and editing photo and video content, with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools for content creation, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging advertisements that drive conversions.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into effective visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, their advertising capabilities, and best practices for content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a willingness to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
