Job Description
Seeking a highly-motivated, seasoned Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Team. Experience in a chemical sales environment is preferred. Successful candidate will have superior management , multi-tasking and customer service skills.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinatorwill focus on supporting the Sales team in business development and customer retention. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies; supporting the sales team with administrative duties; and the development of marketing initiatives.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the maintenance of costing and pricing.
· Development of Marketing material and strategies.
· Generate New Business/Sales Reports on a monthly basis and upon request.
· Prepare and issue internal forms, documentation, quotations, contracts, and correspondence for the President and Sales Department.
· Communicate with customers and provide product information.
· Coordinate the preparation and submission of all formal bid/tenders documents.
· Assist other sales team members and provide relief coverage to ensure business continuity.
Job Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as working knowledge of CRM systems.
