Summary
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for executing marketing activities within the marketing department. This will include the creation of marketing materials, promotional campaigns and social media branding. They will provide creative concepts to execute these activities and will act to support six MC College Campuses to promote full and part time programs, increase salon and spa client services and drive retail sales.
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing required
- 3 years plus active Marketing experience required
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management
- Knowledge of the Hair, Esthetics and Fashion industry an asset
- Strong graphic design skills and an eye for aesthetics in presentation materials
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Effective working skills in a variety of software applications including but not exclusive to MS Word, Excel, Canva, and Adobe Products
Working Conditions
- Some travel may be required
- Daily use desktop computer and peripherals
- Lifting or moving up to 20lbs may be required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
