ROLE: APEROL SUMMER AMBASSADOR

ABOUT THE ROLE
Campari is one of the hottest Spirits brands in Canada. This summer, we are bringing the Aperol Spritz to the masses – and we need your help! The Aperol Summer Brand Ambassador will be instrumental in driving excitement for the brand through a mix of both consumer and customer activities. The ambassador will be the face of Aperol in-market over the summer months – helping to delight consumers and deliver memorable Aperol experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the face of the brand (Aperol) and source of brand knowledge within local market.
Drive awareness and affinity for Aperol and the Aperol Spritz through various consumer-facing activations.
Ensure strong in-market visibility for Aperol through the merchandising of various visibility tools.
Educate both consumers and customers on Aperol and the perfect pour Aperol Spritz.
Efficient management of both time and budget.
Utilize social media channels to promote Aperol and create content to actively engage consumers and trade.
Consumer-facing activities include, but are not limited to:
-Samplings at bars and restaurants
-In-store tastings through the Retail channel
-Event support
-Guerilla-style executions in strategic selected locations
Customer-facing activities include, but are not limited to:
-Staff training sessions
-Delivery of POS and tools
-Merchandising of visibility tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and budgets
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Professional in appearance and demeanor – must embody the brand.
Acts responsibly, at all times, concerning the consumption of any and all of Campari’s portfolio of products and any and all forms of alcoholic beverages and controlled substances.

Technical
Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must have valid G Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract
Wednesday to Sunday schedule- Must be available to work weekends
Self-starter, passionate and full of energy
Bonus- Fluent in Italian
Education / Professional Qualifications
University/College enrollment preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods/Alcoholic Beverage Industry preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.
