Qualifications:
- License with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Ability to work with other multi-disciplinary team professionals
- Excellent assessment and treatment skills for WSIB, MVA and mTBI in an outpatient, fee for service setting preferred
- MOCA Certification
- Accurate recording and reporting skills
- Excellent team player with superior communication skills
- Innovative and enthusiastic
- Ability to motivate, be sympathetic, yet positive and client-centered in all interactions with patients
- Have a thorough understanding of confidentiality and patient dignity
- Demonstrate self-directed carry-through of patient care activities
- Initiative, good problem solving and communication skills are necessary
- Good understanding of safety; individual and patient-related
- Satisfactory attendance
- Commitment to Service Excellence
