We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operation of business Monday to Friday
- Manage all aspects of the office, including administrative support, payroll, job costing and budgeting
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports (general ledger/monthly)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and work with accountant to file tax returns
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations
- Answering phone lines and booking appointment in HVAC program
- General knowledge of social media marketing
Skill Set:
- Strong technical accounting skills QB online experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting , administration , or other related fields
- Ability to proactively problem-solve, prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Enjoys being part of a small team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
