As a result of this expansion, we are excited to be adding to our talented team! This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on Operations Manager - Branch Manager to part of our expansion into Ontario.
The Position
- Oversee operations of our signage company as well as our building maintenance projects throughout the GTA
- Dispatch team of technicians
- Work closely with our HR department regarding recruitment and performance management
- Quality control and site visits
- Project management
- Sales meetings
- Public relations efforts with key clients
- Fleet management
- Safety program follow-up
- Inventory control
- Maintain communication with the leadership group
Position Requirements
- Three to five years' experience in a leadership or on-the-tools role with a signage and/or construction company or comparable industry
- Understanding of electrical/ construction industries
- Willing to travel periodically
- Hands-on leadership style
- Looking for someone who is prepared to get in the trenches
- Trades background (electrical and/or carpentry) and ability to jump in when required
