You will ensure the success of our DEI program by helping to develop and operationalize our DEI framework, including our DEI metrics dashboards, standard marketing and communications materials, and websites. In partnership with the Director, Social Impact and Employee Relations, you will support key collaborators and functional resources within North America, the U.S., Canada, and all People Services Centers of Excellence to ensure the success of our DEI initiatives. Apply now!What you bringProven experience of 5 years in DEI, talent acquisition, talent development, human resources, or related field.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or other related field. Emphasis on communications or program management helpful.Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables.Ability to deliver superb customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.Ability to foster positive relationships with key executives and collaborators, and collaborate, advise and influence at all levels of the organization.Ability to perform needs analyses and advise business leaders and collaborators to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs and constraints.Bonus skills and experienceCommercial real estate experienceWhat success looks likeServe as an internal consultant to mid-level leaders and leadership teams to identify DEI opportunities within their regions, business units, or departments.Key partner to ERGs to support their growth and operationalization of their processes.Identify and make recommendations on relationships with relevant external associations and organizations to support efforts related to DEI. Coordinate external DEI award strategy.Develop program playbooks, toolkits, toolbox talks and other continuous engagement tools, including resources to support pitches and business development.
