Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager's with a strong brand and CRM background to join the Operations team at BIMM. As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various project elements, ensuring smooth and accurate delivery at all times. You are a quick-learner and a detail-oriented self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for problem solving.
Success in this role will extend to team & client satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and smooth collaboration. Your ability to navigate complex projects, deliver exceptional results, and contribute to the agency's overall success will be pivotal in achieving these outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multiple project plans concurrently, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are clearly defined, deadlines set, and resources are allocated appropriately. Coordinate project activities (i.e. meetings), monitor progress, track project and client financials, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare, maintain, and deliver project specific documentation such as scope and estimation, status, requirements documents, release checklists, timelines, etc.
- Seek improvements in process to better manage deliverables
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet established standards, and agency & client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience in brand and CRM marketing, preferably on the agency side
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong client service orientation
- High quality assurance standards
- Independence and an entrepreneurial spirit - “you can figure things out”
- Proactivity – the ability to anticipate and manage risk
- A calm and patient demeanor under pressure
- Proficiency in Project management software or tools
- Experience with Atlassian Suite
Nice to haves
- Client-facing experience
- Technical knowledge and an understanding of software development practices
- Working knowledge of Issue tracking tools (ie: Jira, TeamWork, Asana) a plus
- Working knowledge of WCAG AA Accessibility standards a plus
- Scrum and Agile experience
- PMI certification
