As our Implementation Project Manager you will plan and manage Emergency Care product implementations at customer locations, including coordination with the customer and internal support teams. Provide input and review of delivery proposals for pre-sales.
- Manage the execution of the implementation of large regional and strategic customer’s solutions.
- Will be responsible for managing medium to high revenue generating projects.
- Participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements.
- Plan individual projects for each customer assigned.
- Perform configuration of the system to meet customer needs.
- Provide training or coordinate training on the use of the products, and complete all associated paperwork documenting the system is ready for use.
- Coordinate with other Emergency Care team members, customers and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed according to the project plan.
- Provide additional post-implementation support to customers on a tier-2 level (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating the customer configuration according to changes in the customer environment or operation, and other similar activities).
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education degree and highly relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of general business/marketing experience, including project management experience
- French speaking proficiency highly preferred
- PMP certification
- Working knowledge of computer systems, Web-based applications, and IP-based communication technology highly preferred
- Working knowledge of communication technologies including cellular, Bluetooth, wireless and Computer Aided Dispatch.
- Advanced working knowledge of various software products: Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word
- Records management and good record keeping practices
- Excellent task management including prioritization skills
- Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented
- Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communications skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Business Process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC and Lean
- Demonstrated project leadership skills
Job Location: Home office or Customer site as directed must be a Canadian Citizen
Percent of Travel: Up to 20%
