To support our marketing efforts and enhance our online presence, we are seeking a talented Freelance Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging marketing materials for real estate listings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Create visually appealing and informative designs using graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Develop and manage content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote our properties and engage with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
- Write compelling copy for online listings, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Optimize marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Strong social media management skills, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a keen eye for design.
- Proven experience in copywriting, sales, or e-commerce,
- Familiarity with print advertising techniques and strategies,
- Proficiency in WordPress and HTML5 for website management,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions,
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing advertising budgets,
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking website performance,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
