Job Description
Receptionist Role & Duties for this position are, including but not limited to:
- Greeting clients, answering phone call and Social Media messages, booking appointments, managing schedules for artists and apprentices, and being the first point of contact for the Studio.
- Monitor online Social Media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook.
- Provide customer services such as consultations, artist estimates, and answer other customer questions.
- Strives to always achieve a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Supervise apprentices during shop cleaning to ensure the Studio is consistently sanitized.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Other general office administration tasks.
Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Flexible schedule, including Weekends and evenings.
A basic knowledge and understanding of Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Instagram, and other Social Media platforms is required. Previous experience in a tattoo/cosmetic tattoo studio or doctor’s office is considered an asset, but not required.
Schedule: Full time with flexible shifts
