We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Maintain records of visitors.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Must have atleast 6 Months Experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
