Position summary
Position entails answering phones, meeting & greeting clients, handling all incoming mail/packages, assisting with accounts payable and supporting various departments with filing, photocopying and special projects as needed.
Primary duties and responsibilities
· Answering, assisting, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals/departments
· Greeting visitors/Reps/clients, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate individuals
· Receive and distribute mail daily
· Input of Accounts Payable; verification of invoices, 2-way matching and cheque printing
· Filing
· Letter writing
· Special projects
· Travel arrangements
· Ordering office supplies/coffee/milk
· Assist President, Project/Production/Office Managers with other tasks as requested
Education and experience
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge and skills
· Computer literate – Excel, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of Acomba Accounting software an asset
· Language skills – Fluently bilingual both written & oral
