Job Description
Family Wellness Footcare is looking for a secretary/assistant for day to day activities. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, fully computer literate, and have strong customer service skills. This is a part time position where the ideal candidate can work morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
This person must have an out-going and enthusiastic personality. Must be comfortable to work through covid as the clinic is an essential service, however any possible risk of clients who may have been in contact with covid will be turned away/rebooked.
Mangement Expierence would be an assest. Future possiblity of more hours may be available.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Represent the clinic in a professional manner at all times
· Manage day-to-day admin functions of the office including:
o Telephone triage
o Scheduling
o Record-keeping
o Ordering & restocking
o Billing
o Communicating with other healthcare providers
· Prepare and maintain exam rooms, medical equipment, and supplies
· Performing other related duties within the clinic as may be assigned
· Calling Extended Insurance Companies for patient plan information.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
