Job Description
General Summary: The Receptionist role is a critical link between assessing the customers’ needs and concerns in an effort to connect them with service oriented solutions from any one of our departments. This individual in this position should demonstrate a strong drive for results in addition to a passion for understand and exceeding the customer’s needs.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
· Maintain the highest level of customer services
· Provide timely and efficient internal and external communication to ensure all clients’ expectations are met.
· The successful candidate will be responsible for answering the phones in a pleasant, courteous and efficient manner.
· In addition to general office duties, managing and re-directing phone inquiries, the receptionist role will also help alleviate and support some of the sales and service administrative complexities as needed.
Job Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and problem solving skills
· Ability to work competently in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous dealership environment experience would be considered an asset
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office basic products is required.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm (every second Saturday)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
