Job Description
LBN Bookkeeping Services is seeking to hire a part-time receptionist. The position is Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and staff at our head office. Ensuring every client is welcomed, assisted and directed in a professional manner, you will always be friendly & courteous, providing the perfect first impression.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers
- Answering the phone and emails
- Processing payments
- Booking client appointments
- Managing paperwork
- Filing
- General office duties including cleaning the office and maintaining the office building
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance, punctual, accountable, and maintains confidentiality.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
- Works well under pressure
- Manage and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel
Flexibility to work more during busy season, February to April.
