This will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering and transferring all incoming calls and scheduling appointments.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLILTIES
- Courteously meet and welcome customers and general members of the public
- Answers, screen and direct all incoming calls
- Assist visitors with visitor badges
- Responsible for meeting room schedules
- Review and update internal telephone directory
- Monitor and ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image
- Perform administrative support tasks
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION &EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of switchboard experience
