Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important communications
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including planning and logistics
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with Google Suite or other office productivity tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Please note that this position is not specific to a medical office setting, but experience in a medical office may be beneficial.
