Job Description
We are seeking for individual with minimum of 3 years experience as Safety and Compliance Manager in transportation industry to handle 50 trucks independently. It is full time and long term position. We are currently located in Mississauga (Drew and Airport road)

3) Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situation with minimum supervision
4) Dedicated, punctual, quick learner and well organized
5) Planning, multi-tasking and able to build strong relationship with team members and vendors
Responsibilities:
1) Schedule trucks and trailers for regular and immediate repair during business hours and after hours. When required, Find repair shop and negotiate rates on trans canada highway and US
2) Co-ordinate with dispatch and drivers daily for repair and keep dispatch team updated on repair and also keep customers updated when needed
3) Maintaining complete and accurate records of tractor and trailer maintenance files such as preventive maintenance bills for owner operator and company units as well.
4) Efficiently manage documents of all trucks and trailer files with two years of annual inspections and repair bills with attached CVOR in each vehicle file and driver file.
5) Maintain all paper logbook up to date & ELD and proving training to drivers when needed
6) Train personnel for Hazmat, Offensive driving and other rules and regulation of the industry
7) Reviewing CVOR every month, applying and renewing permits in canada and US, File IFTA every quarter. perform other duties as occurred
