Position Overview:
In this role, you will apply your savvy retail knowledge and passion for customer service, community involvement and sales driven mindset.
As a Clean-in Centre leader, you will guide, coach and mentor associates to be successful as well as focused on customer satisfaction. In this role as a leader, you are responsible for the marketing, sales and customer service of the Clean-it™ Centre location as well as the community involvement and networking required to achieve and maintain the customer base.
We are looking for dynamic, driven and customer oriented individuals who will;
- Maintain adequate inventory levels for the Clean-it™ Centre, working closely with the Warehouse supervisor
- Assist with the sales and services of all branded and manufactured products through the Clean-it™ Centre
- Proactively assist in the day-to-day operation of the Clean-it™ Centre including, but not limited to, stocking shelves, daily housekeeping and upkeep, merchandising and promotional displays
- Attention to detail to accurately process invoices and create orders
- Pick and fill orders, and assist in warehouse as needed
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by listening and providing advice, assisting customers with their purchases to their vehicles when needed
