Reports to: Supervisor/Manager
We are looking for fun energetic people to join our team at Greenery Cannabis Boutique! The successful candidates will be required to have their Selling it Right Certificate.
As a part of our team you will be responsible for creating an educational and enjoyable buying experience for our clients and a brand ambassador for our location.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Cashier for all items and SKU’s in the store; assisting customers with product education and transactions.
· Ability to learn our point of sales and inventory software.
· Ensure minors do not enter store & perform ID checks.
· Provide valuable and insightful customer service to create a pleasurable and informative buying experience.
· The ability to resolve and handle customer issues & concerns effectively.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Perform cash transactions and balance your cash drawer daily.
· Take part and understand ongoing product knowledge
Skills:
· Cannabis product knowledge is an asset but is not required. Training is available but it is to your advantage to have some insight in the industry.
· Punctual and dependable.
· Ability to create professional customer relationships.
· General math skills.
· An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail.
· Positive attitude and desire to learn.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma/GED
· Minimum 19 years of age
· Selling It Right Certificate, or obtain prior to hire date
· 1+ years' retail sales or customer service experience
