Position OverviewBeedie Residential team is currently looking for a self-motivated, detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. We are looking for a driven, energetic sales coordinator who can work well in a collaborative team environment and support the efforts of our Sales team. You will be working in a fast paced environment and will be required to take on a wide variety of tasks and deal with high pressure situations.
- Greet & register guests
- Ensure that every guests has an outstanding experience during their visit
- Prospecting & following up with visitors
- Support sales presentations as necessary
- Database management - entering contract and prospect details into CRM
- Contract Management – ensuring all contracts are up to date, accurate, free of error and outstanding
- Prepare, distribute and adhere to reporting rhythms as set for the sales program
- Manage day-to-day operations of Presentation Centre including supply orders, couriers, deposit management and contract management
- Responsible for daily opening operations and closing presentation centre
- Maintaining cleanliness of Presentation Centre and ensuring Covid-19 safety protocols are followed by guests
- Providing administrative support to Marketing, Development, Sales team, and Sales Administrator as needed
- Assisting with phone campaigns to prospective purchasers and realtors
- Previous multifamily residential project sales experience
- A self-starter who can solve problems independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set priorities in order to meet multiple project deadlines.
- Post-Secondary Education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely proficient in ability to multitask.
- A willingness to adapt and accept new responsibilities in order to achieve overall team objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Real Estate Related Education
- Previous resale or presale sales administration experience in reviewing contracts, disclosure statements, addenda, amendment, and MLS
- Proficiency with MS Office software
- Knowledge of Hubspot and Avesdo CRM
- Language: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese
