Responsibilities
· Providing in-office administrative support to the Engineering Team
· Liaise with Engineering Team to understand job specifications
· Generating, inputting and organizing orders for projects
· Problem solving and finding creative solutions to situations
· Providing administrative support to Engineering and Production Team to ensure and create documentation is well organized
· Data entry of materials requirements based on shop drawings
· General office administrative duties
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Post-grad diploma or program in a related field considered a strong asset
· Experience working with a manufacturing company an asset
· Basic computer and MS Office skills
· Basic math skills as basic calculations and conversions are required
· Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
· Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings an asset
