Your challenge!Reporting to the Vice-President, Sales, the mission of the General Sales Manager, Revenue and Optimization, is to support the sales growth strategy by optimizing our sales and design processes, developing analysis, negotiation and decision-making tools, and maintaining the accuracy of master data. As leader of the NRM revenue optimization process, you will act as a driving force for the entire sales team in revenue optimization, at both strategic and operational levels. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of master data in the various systems. (SAP, C4C , web portal, etc.). You manage the supervisors of the design, master data and sales process support departments. You are also responsible for the sales team's business processes in relation to the tools used. Finally, you will put in place the right people to ensure proper use of the tools and support the teams to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. As a resource person for other sales stakeholders, you excel at communicating and supporting the harmonization of individual objectives with those of Cascades.Individual responsibilities*** Please note that this position is remote but requires 30% to 50% travel to the US and Canada***AccountableFor the "lead to order" process:- Manage and energize the margin optimization program (NRM)
- Maintain state-of-the-art negotiation tools and processes
- Supervise design and technical departments
- Ensure optimization and compliance with business processes
- Ensure compliance with business rules (RACI)
- Develop the team's ability to identify value-creating opportunities for the organization
- Engage and motivate team members, optimize resources and ensure team participation in strategic markets

- Reduce team response time to various requests by implementing efficient processes
- Support for the entire sales team's adoption of the tools deployed
- Organize all your activities to respond effectively and efficiently to needs
- Adapt the way you do business to internal and external needs and changes
Experiences and strengths- Knowledge of global sales support processes, including negotiation, design management and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 10 to 15 years' management experience in a similar industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines and priorities
- The leadership and collaborative approach needed to inspire and empower teams to achieve excellence
- The ability to deal with issues and problems by putting forward solutions
- The ability to quickly understand the needs of internal and external customers
- Ability to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Fluency in French and English
- Good knowledge of technological tools related to sales and demand management
- Knowledge of SAP software and CRM
