Job description
Cleanfix North America Inc is looking for a suitable Sales Manager – Key Accounts Manager who has the primary responsibility of coordinating all sales activities and achieve the best possible sales figures. To manage the internationally operating key accounts directly and to support the employees in such a way that they can reach their respective sales goals.
Responsibilities
· Manage, mentor and supervise the Regional Sales Representatives to help develop growth in dealer and OEM business.
· Gaining additional small to medium sized OEM customers in diversified areas of business. Business and work relationship with existing dealers will be maintained and further increased
· Maintaining and gaining more positive customer feedback each year and marketing review
· Growing the Cleanfix Fan business annually.
· Sales projects are completed on time / budget
· Manage travel, review and approve strategic trade exhibitions
Requirements/Qualifications
- Ensure customer strong support by sales staff in areas of responsibility
- Strengthen customer relationships
- Increase number of customers – dealers and OEMs
- Proficiently inform management of sales activities and customer developments
- Advise management of sales activities planning
- Identify and reallocate underutilized resources in Sales department.
- Guide and mentor, the sales team in their area of responsibility at all times
- Strong focus on meeting customer commitment deadlines with the highest level of quality standards
- Proactive in response to problems as well as in the initiation of corrective actions
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- The ability to create and maintain a team environment focused on continuous improvement
Willingness to be a long-term contributor and strong team member within a stable and growing organization
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must pay attention to details with a customer service attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with lots of changes
- Bachelor's level in sales or commercial education with additional qualification
- Relevant professional experience in international sales of at least 2 years
- Technical expertise and knowledge in the agriculture, forestry, recycling and construction industries
- Experience in project management desirable
- Moderation, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Self-confident appearance and assertiveness
- Results-oriented sales talent
