Job Description
Provide guests with superior service by providing information and sales assistance on CN Tower products and services. Sell, replenish and merchandise retail store products.
Selling:
Accurately and efficiently operate point of sales system and accurately maintain all cash at the till.
Demonstrate superior communication and listening skills.
Execute role in specific area of responsibility with demonstrated quality focus and delivery.
Upsell, cross sell, and substitute sell all possible CN Tower products.
Demonstrate excellent product and service knowledge.
Merchandising assistance as required.
Loss Prevention:
Employ counterfeit measures to ensure that all cash (Canadian and American), debit cards, credit cards, traveler’s cheques, vouchers and gift certificates are verified and authentic.
Assist guests who have activated the store alarms to ensure legitimacy of in store purchase requirements.
Retail sales experience an asset.
Retail loss prevention and/or hospitality and tourism experience is an asset.
Understanding and familiarity with retail processes, selling /up selling an asset.
Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
High stress, fast paced environmentAbility to stand or walk for long periods of the day.Interacts with employees, management and the public at large.Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.Light to infrequently moderate physical effort. Requires handling of light and moderate weight objects including CN Tower merchandise/inventory, office equipment and other office supplies.Location: CN Tower - Finance, 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON
