Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Homes Sales Representative to join our team. As a New Homes Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our newly constructed homes to prospective buyers. You will engage with potential customers, showcase model homes, and guide them through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential homebuyers in person, over the phone, or through digital channels to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Showcase model homes, emphasizing their features, benefits, and customization options, and effectively address any questions or concerns raised by prospective buyers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the community's features, amenities, and the surrounding area to provide accurate and up-to-date information to potential buyers.
- Follow up on leads promptly and diligently, providing timely responses to inquiries and establishing rapport with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective buyers throughout the sales process, guiding them from initial interest to successful home purchase.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement lead generation campaigns, events, and promotions to attract potential buyers.
- Utilize CRM systems and tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the homebuyers.
- Coordinate with construction and design teams to ensure that homes are built according to the buyer's specifications and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during the entire homebuying journey, addressing concerns and providing updates to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to remain competitive and make data-driven sales decisions.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Salary: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
