As a Trailer and RV Product Specialist, your primary responsibility is to assist customers in selecting and purchasing trailers and recreational vehicles that best suit their needs and preferences. You will engage with potential buyers, provide product information, conduct demonstrations, and guide them through the sales process. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive or RV, Marine, Power Sports industry.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
· Knowledge of trailers and RVs, including their features, technical specifications, and towing capacities
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic sales environment and work independently.
· Exceptional customer service orientation and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right product.
· Computer skills for maintaining customer records and generating sales documentation.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:
· Greet customers, establish rapport, and actively listen to their needs.
· Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customers' requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
· Provide expert guidance and recommendations on appropriate trailer or RV models.
· Address customer questions, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
2. Product Presentation:
· Showcase trailers and RVs to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
· Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to help customers visualize the experience of owning and using the vehicles.
· Explain various configurations, amenities, and customization options available.
· Emphasize safety features, durability, and quality to instill confidence in the product.
3. Sales Process:
· Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
· Negotiate pricing, financing terms, trade-in values, and any additional accessories or services.
· Effectively communicate product value proposition to justify pricing and overcome objections.
· Prepare and finalize sales agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dealership policies and procedures.
· Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
4. Relationship Building:
· Foster long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and nurture potential referrals.
· Maintain a customer database and proactively engage in customer retention activities.
· Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors' offerings.
