Sylvite is a multinational, privately owned, business headquartered in Burlington Ontario providing critical products and services in the agricultural and transportation sectors. Sylvite provides a full supply chain solution for crop input products such as fertilizer, seed and pesticides.
We are look for a inside sales and customer service representative who is passionate about agriculture sales and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Duties:
Sales Support:
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with the Sunnyside's General Accounts
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other branches when necessary
· In store lawn, turf and garden sales
· Invoicing and support for chemical, seed, fertilizer and stores warehouse
· Take payments from retail customers
· Apply all necessary payments to customer accounts
Office and Customer Support:
· Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
· Perform friendly and professional primary contact with clients while establishing rapport with visitors and people going in and out of the site, ensuring adherence to site safety procedures
· Entertain and answer basic queries made by the clients
· Assist in planning, coordinate and organize various meetings, events and conferences
· Assist in communication to Sylvite Agri-Services employees and/or customers
Operations Support:
· Support the Branch manager with dispatching of pick-ups and deliveries.
· Assist walk in traditional customers with crop input needs with the Sunnyside's General accounts
· Assist in establishing a system to accumulate grower agronomic information

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Springfield, ON N0L 2J0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
