Direct Sales Representative
SIC Distribution is a Direct Sales company in Calgary, AB. We are looking for an energetic and motivated sales professionals to join our team and grow with us.
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and grow within the company.
Applicants should have prior experience generating leads from marketing campaigns and exceeding sales objectives if you want to succeed in this position. From the moment you make contact with a customer until the sale is finalized, you will utilize your communication skills to build strong relationships with them. You will also ensure that the right after-sales care is provided
Duties and Responsibilities: (Training Provided)
- Perform water quality testing
- Provide Preventative maintenance recommendations for homeowners
- Water quality evaluations
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity.
- Work with clients
- Maintains a positive attitude and work ethic while being a team player.
- Must be able to speak in English fluently.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative to succeed.
Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary along with a generous bonus plan based on performance along with benefits.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
