Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of guest sales experience, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Log and track guests in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Establish trusting relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to guide them comfortably through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Focus on building repeat and referral guests, delivering an experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Actively participate in training programs, including OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) training, to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of new and used vehicles.

Salary: $60,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
