What we need
A Sales Assistant will be responsible for logging customer information, processing customer orders and collaborating with team members to ensure the success of our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a service environment, be able to communicate effectively, and will have an interest in learning more about how our company works and what types of products we offer.
Responsibilities for this position
· Receive and unload shipments
· Receive and arrange the upcoming containers, coordinating with delivery companies
· Updates stock machines and the customers’ requirements by analyzing and forwarding daily action
· Resolves customers’ order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, and report to the manager
· Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to customer sand answer customers’ questions via in person, phone call, e-mail and Facebook
· Arrange shipment according to order, and coordinating with customer for delivery/pick-up
· Welcome and engage in conversation with customers, help them when they needed
Requirements
· Two years experience in sales/ customer service industries
· Understanding of sales principles and customer service
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
· Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
· Basic administration skills
· Proficiency in Mandarin, English
· Highly self-motivated

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
