Join our dynamic team as a Senior Director of Employee Engagement, who will lead the development of our employee value proposition along with our employer brand strategy. Think of yourself as the glue that binds the seamless experience for our current and future team members!
What Will You Be Doing?
- Define and articulate the employee value proposition, highlighting the unique aspects of our organization to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy that aligns with our organizational values, culture, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create compelling employer branding materials, including job descriptions, career websites, social media content, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all candidate touchpoints, facilitating an exceptional candidate experience.
- Working closely with Employee Experience and our internal communications team, develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and advocacy through effective communication channels and employee programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful communication of key messages, initiatives, and change efforts.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and adoption of organizational changes.
- Develop change management strategies, frameworks, and tools to minimize resistance and facilitate a smooth transition.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and manage the impact of change on employees, ensuring their readiness, support, and alignment.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and change management efforts.
- Monitor and analyze relevant data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting the impact of employer branding and change management initiatives in the organization.
As The Successful Candidate, You Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in employer branding, change management, or a related role, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of employer branding best practices, including talent attraction, employee engagement, and communication strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and continuous improvement.
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bilingual is an asset.
