Job Description
Duties:
- Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
- Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
- Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
- Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
- Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
- Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices
Working Conditions:
- Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.
