Our Service Representatives are the face of SASCU. By becoming part of the SASCU team, you have the opportunity to use and develop your professional skills and share your expertise by helping to improve the wellbeing of our members.
What you’ll do:
- Provide best-in-class service by accurately processing account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and official cheques.
- Engage our members in conversations to uncover opportunities for SASCU to assist them in reaching their goals.
- Meet member and branch needs in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, while adhering to security requirements.
- Identify member needs and provide relevant options and helpful information.
- Connect our members with other SASCU staff to fully meet their financial needs.
- Meet organizational goals by achieving sales and referral targets.
- Perform other tasks that contribute to the success of our members and SASCU.
What you’ll bring:
- A secondary school diploma along with 1-3 years of sales experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Comfort with technology, and readiness to learn new systems and programs.
- Ability to multitask in a face-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for building strong relationships with our members, delivering quality member service, and developing a career in financial services.
