Your Job Responsibilities
As Social Media Marketing Specialist, What You’ll Do…
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives and activities to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including ad planning and buying, to optimize reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to coordinate and curate compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Set up and monitor tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and generate actionable insights.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen the organization's brand identity across all digital media platforms.
- Devise and execute paid media strategies on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage and execute content strategies across various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the company's marketing strategies.
- Utilize social media management tools like Buffer.com to streamline content scheduling, publishing, and engagement tracking.
- Drive brand growth and customer engagement through effective email marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
- Analyze competitors' strategies and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key digital marketing metrics and present findings to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital media buying and analysis.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving market trends and consumer preferences.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing large amounts of data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO planning and execution.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful advertising campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across various channels and media types.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Buffer.com or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in building and growing brands on social media platforms.
- Expertise in email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and conversion optimization.
- Proven ability to manage resources effectively, including advertising budgets.
