Job Description

The objective of the Social Media Coordinator is to generate and schedule social media content and maintain platforms for multiple brands by using their business and marketing expertise.

Please review the tasks related to the position (but not limited to) below:

Objectives:

· Execute and implement digital strategic plan and initiatives to organically increase followers and shares.

· Generate and create content across all social platforms.

· Social media account management and analytics.

· Ad buy management and impact analysis.

General duties:

· Support Marketing Manager to develop overall digital strategy and execution.

· Develop digital initiatives campaigns and content creations including still images, 2D and reels.

· Schedule social media posts across all platforms including but not limited to facebook, Instagram, tiktok, LinkedIn.

· Social media community management and social listening

· Developing and managing online contests, giveaways and partnerships

· Website content and SEO management

· Email marketing management

· Coordinating with Franchisees to digitally promote LSM activities.

· Vetting and partnership management with influencers

· Monitoring and presenting key performance indicators to upper management.

· Keeping up to date with competitors, trends, social marketing initiatives.

· Coordinating, drafting and sending memos to franchisees.

· Providing marketing support to cross functional teams

· Administrative functions as required.

Experience required:

· Completion of Post-Secondary Education or relevant experience in Marketing

· Min. 2 years digital marketing experience is a must.

· Proficiency in content creation software is a must.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Copy-writing experience is preferred.

· Ad buy experience is preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

· Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
