Arctic Leaf Inc. is a US and Canadian-based UI/UX design and development agency that specializes in E-Commerce and web-based application services. Our bottom-of-the-funnel focus separates us from other agencies in the market, and thus are struggling to keep up with demand! We are looking for an addition to the team who is flexible and enjoys working with others in a team-oriented environment.
Arctic Lead has continued to grow year over year and is looking to maintain this growth. The ideal candidate will possess the desire to assist in this growth and collaborate on different trends to identify key strengths and opportunities.
As a Lead Content Marketing Strategist, you will assist in providing guidance and support to a team of Content Marketing Strategists. You will be responsible for assisting with the development of content strategies across various channels, including email, SMS, social media, and onsite content. Your primary focus will be to work with the non-lead strategists to ensure the success of client campaigns and assist in delivering high-quality content that drives revenue, engagement, and brand awareness.

NOTE: Starting pay varies depending on experience. This role is also eligible for bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to a team of Content Marketing Strategists. Assist in resource allocation, workload management, and skill development to ensure the team's success in meeting client objectives.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients on key accounts to understand their marketing goals, target audience, and unique requirements. Work collaboratively with the team to develop comprehensive content strategies that align with client objectives and meet or exceed expectations.
- Content Strategy Development: Assist with the development of content strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, and onsite content. Ensure strategies are well-researched, data-driven, and effectively address client needs.
- Quality Assurance: Review and provide feedback on content created by the team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, brand consistency, and engagement. Offer guidance on content optimization techniques and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics and data insights to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns. Provide actionable recommendations to clients and the team as needed, driving continuous improvement and success.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster collaboration between content strategists and other teams, such as implementation specialists, copywriters, designers, and developers. Ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the content production process.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices. Share knowledge with the team and provide recommendations for innovative approaches to improve client results.
Necessary Skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Prior experience in list generation, data analytics, solution design, email deployment, and campaign management, testing, and reporting.
- The ability to prioritize and manage several clients and tasks at once.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze campaigns.
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and meet deadlines within specific time constraints.

Required Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on a fast-paced team.

- Self-starter and detailed oriented; Able to work independently.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Bloomreach, OmniSend, HubSpot, Bronto, MailChimp).
- In-depth use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in content marketing strategy, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing content strategies across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, and website.
- The ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content optimization techniques.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- College or University degree in Business, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
