Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
We are seeking a Strategist, LifeCycle Marketing, to help deliver outstanding services to the clients in our Revenue Operations line of business.
This person will report to the Associate Director of LifeCycle Marketing and should be a growth-minded individual that helps identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing clients while providing excellent service.
- Owning tasks and milestones within client projects and seeing those through to their fruition
- Direct communication with clients including email, Slack, and Zoom
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple different clients
- Develop deep relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations to ensure they renew their contract
- Identify and communicate opportunities to grow our business with clients in the LifeCycle Marketing line of business and other lines of business
- Become an expert in multiple Martech and Salestech tools so you can make educated recommendations to clients
- Stay up to speed on best practices in the LifeCycle Marketing and Revenue Operations world including ABM, lead routing, and sales qualification methodologies
- 3+ years of deep experience managing a HubSpot and/or Salesforce instance (if client-side) or 1-2+ years of deep experience managing HubSpot and/or Salesforce instances (if agency-side)
- Deep expertise in marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, or/and Eloqua) and the ability to own and administer multiple instances for our clients
- Experience with other Martech and Salestech platforms such as marketing attribution, conversational marketing, sales enablement, and business intelligence
- An understanding of how to optimize marketing and sales processes that lead to revenue growth for our clients
- A data-driven marketer that can help clients curate and optimize their data, build reports and dashboards and help analyze what’s working and what’s not working
- The ability to communicate with clients directly, oftentimes with a Director or above level

Work Environment RequirementsFor global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country. We do not offer sponsorships.
This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
