We are seeking a Manager of Strategy to join our diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of strategies that support the Marketing and Loblaw Brands functions to drive business growth, improve brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing with exceptional critical thinking skills, and proven ability delivering presentations and written materials that influence stakeholders and ultimately drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of Loblaw Marketing and Brands strategy, aligned with the organization’s business objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brands teams to align marketing initiatives and key measures of success with overall business objectives
- Synthesize inputs from teams to develop a cohesive narrative on Marketing performance for executive audiences
- Support annual planning and other strategic activities as required (eg. preparing materials, supporting workshops etc.)
- Identify and implement new strategic opportunities leveraging insights and data
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth for Marketing and Brands
Role Requirements and Skills Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies in CPG or consulting
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively distill complex ideas into concise, impactful outputs
- Proven track record collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes
