Position Summary:
We are looking for a customer-oriented team member to join our team and help us provide the best customer service possible. We are looking for a person who is passionate about helping customers and building lasting relationships. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to be flexible.
Responsibilities:
·Provide a positive experience to all guests, through prompt and courteous service.
·Assist in making restaurant orders and take orders; assist customers with cashier duties.
·Maintain proper inventory control, including checking out all items from the restaurant, as well as cleaning items from the restaurant, including the kitchen and restrooms.
·Greet guests upon entrance to the restaurant with a friendly smile.
·Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including the kitchen and restrooms.
·Adhere to all health and safety regulations; ensure that all kitchen areas are kept clean at all times.
·Take responsibility for all cashier duties, including placing money in registers, writing checks and collecting payments.
·Perform opening and closing procedures; ensure that the restaurant is kept neat, clean and orderly at all times.
Required Experience:
·1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred (restaurant or full-service)
·Strong attention to detail required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $32,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
