Here's how you'll stand out:
goeasy Ltd. is seeking a Bilingual Learning Facilitator to support and develop our employee learning experience. As a Learning Facilitator, you will use your understanding of building relationships with your customers to help new front line team members connect with customers, offer the right solutions and, most importantly, create a best-in-class customer experience. You will become an expert in goeasy’s sales methodology and apply it to sales and collections scenarios in our branches, stores and call centres.
Most importantly, you are a great team player and an excellent facilitator. As someone with a passion for better-than-best customer service, you will be able to show people how to bring out their inner sales and collections agents and provide our customers great service and support.
What you will do as a Bilingual Learning Facilitator:
- Analyze day-to-day need for training
- Plan and coordinate instructor-led training (ILT) or virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions, including arranging for flights and hotel accommodations for participants
- Develop materials required for training (e.g., outlines and handouts)
- Conduct training sessions for new and current front-line employees
- Develop new approaches and techniques for improving training programs
- Identify issues in the training process by collecting feedback from trainees and stakeholders
- Evaluate training success by measuring trainee performance post-training
- Stay up to date on the latest market trends and demands of a sales and collections environment
- Fill available training sessions, attracting trainees by providing information about sessions to appropriate stakeholders (e.g., BMs, RMs, DVPs)
- Apply and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Maintain up to date understanding of goeasy’s product offerings and process changes
- Collaborate with the Knowledge Management team on training and learning projects as needed
Who you are as the successful candidate:
- Bilingual (En/Fr) with strong spoken and written skills in both languages
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing environment (Sales or Financial experience is preferred)
- Proven experience training others to elevate their skills and meet team objectives, preferably in a sales or collections environment
- Some experience in a formal training position is considered a strong asset (e.g., Sales Training Specialist)
- Strong organization and time management skills to manage online and in-person classrooms
- Familiarity with presentations tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams, Slido, etc)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Strong understanding of personal finance and credit
- Ability to motivate and coach others to improve their skills
Note: Any certifications in sales or adult education would be an asset
