Job Description

The Position: Administrative Assistant

Our administrative assistant is going on maternity leave. Simultaneously, we are undergoing an ownership transition. We are looking for someone to fill the role of administrative assistant to cover the maternity leave and ideally stay to grow with the firm.

About Us: 360 Private Wealth Management

We are a wealth management firm utilizing Manulife Securities Inc. as our back office. We work with client households on their cash flow planning, tax & estate planning, wealth management, and risk management needs.

We aim to do our work with excellence. Excellence takes two forms; the ability to do simple things reliably & the ability to do complex things correctly.

About You: Our ideal candidate

We want to hire someone with a particular approach to life and work. We are less concerned with specific skills or designations; those can be acquired.

It is vital that a desire for excellence exists. It is also vital that you possess the intelligence, humility, and patience to fulfill that desire.

You must be organized. It is cliché, but the reality is numerous tasks will be on your desk at the same time. The ability to prioritize the competing tasks, complete all items accurately, and flow the work to your teammates is mandatory.

You enjoy responsibility and possess a desire to be trusted and have things expected of you.

A demonstratable interest in business, economics, and finance is mandatory. This doesn’t need to be through formal education, although that is preferable.

How we work

We have regular meetings with our client households. We prepare for those meetings, have the meeting, and then execute the actions discussed in the meetings.

We work as a team. Every person has their own portion of the work flow to complete. If one person fails in their duties the entire team stumbles. We need to do our tasks and make sure we hand them to the correct person in the chain until the work is done for that household.

As part of our ongoing development, we constantly work on improving our practices and systems. We are happy to receive input on improvements and that you take ownership of recommendations that will be executed. You are not confined to only working on your day to day tasks if you see areas in the macro that will help improve the firm.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
