Assistant must have the following skill sets and experience:
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills;
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills;
- 2 or more years of administrative experience;
- Effective organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong command of office administrative functions and software such as
Microsoft Office products (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
