Job Description
We require a full-time Office Administrative Assistant for a multi-company office.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Administrators with daily tasks
Filing, data entry.
Answering contractors questions while on-site
Qualifications:
Excel knowledge is required.
Must be able to pass security clearance upon hire
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Good judgment and the ability to express thoughts clearly and simply
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task, manage tasks & deadlines.
Able to work in a team environment, follow directions and work independently.
Willing to work flexible hours when required eg. Coming in early, staying late.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Outlook, excel, work and access).
No Benefits.
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
