We are a full-service Real Estate office located in the Chilliwack, BC. Marketing new and previously lived in homes, acreages, multi-family units, commercial real estate, as well as new development communities.

We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant. As a team member, your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in achieving our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
- Real Estate sales and transaction experience an asset, but not required. Training will be provided
- Team player with strong communication, initiative, work ethic, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple duties and tasks
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, Dropbox and Authentisign
- Proven skills in marketing and promotion through social and traditional media outlets
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain listing and sale file reports for both clients and appropriate agencies, including realtors, notaries, home appraisers and inspectors
- Coordinate appointments for viewing our listings and track follow-up feedback
- Direct client photo and video appointments
- Answer phone and email inquiries, greet and assist visitors
- Make frequent and accurate content changes to website and social media outlets
- Copy, scan and organize documents related to sales transactions
