The Opportunity
We are on the hunt for a diligent and enthusiastic Client Services Intern to join our dynamic social media agency. This role involves assisting our client services team with a variety of tasks, which include drafting reports, managing and monitoring social media accounts, and preparing engaging presentations.
You will also be tasked with assisting in project management and getting hands-on experience with digital marketing tools. These tools will be used to integrate and track social media metrics, providing valuable insights that will help optimize our client campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, stellar organizational abilities, and excellent time management skills. Familiarity with social media management is a must. We are looking for someone who is eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Assisting the client services team with various tasks such as drafting reports and monitoring social media accounts for numerous clients.
- Preparing presentations for clients.
- Assisting with project management tasks and updating status reports.
- Working with the strategy team using digital marketing tools to integrate and track social media metrics and develop insights.

- Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (ie. Sprout, Meltwater, Meta Business Manager).
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of paid media.
